Artwork Guidelines

We want your printed products to look their best. Here’s what you need to know about submitting artwork to Brand My Beverage.

File Types We Accept

For the highest print quality, we recommend vector artwork. Vector files can be resized without losing quality — perfect for clean, sharp printing.

Preferred file types:

.AI, .EPS, .PDF (vector files)
All text must be converted to outlines
Images must be embedded, not linked

.JPG, .PNG, .TIF, .PSD
Must be high resolution: 300 DPI or higher
These files are pixel-based and may not print as clearly as vector files

If your artwork is not in a preferred format, we may charge a small fee to convert or clean it up. We’ll always contact you first before making any changes that involve a cost.

Artwork Placement and Sizing

Please tell us where you'd like your design to be printed and how large it should be. If nothing is specified:

We'll print your design at the maximum size that fits the item
For mugs and handled items, the default location is front, facing a right-handed user

You can request:
Side 1, Side 2, Opposite the handle, A full wrap (if available)

Color Matching

We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to match colors. While we do our best to match your selected color, exact matches are not guaranteed, especially if the product is not white.

If you need a precise match, we recommend requesting a pre-production proof.

Digital Full Color Printing

This process is ideal for printing photos, gradients, or detailed multi-color designs.

What to know:

Files should be in CMYK color mode
We cannot print neon, metallic, or exact PMS matches in this method
Artwork must be at 300 DPI or higher
Accepted file types: .AI, .EPS, .TIF, .PSD, .PDF, .JPG, .PNG

Digital Full Color printing takes more time than standard screen printing. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks after you approve your proof. Rush service is not available for this option.

Multi-Color Screen Printing

When printing multiple colors using screen printing, there may be slight movement between colors (up to 1/16 of an inch). Make sure your artwork design allows for this.

Due to this, not all multi-color designs are suitable for two-sided prints on items like glass or ceramic.
